Did a lovely job on partially trimming an Ash Tree in our garden. Communicated was great - kept us up to date with a delay due to the weather and heavy snow. Did an excellent job and shredded all branches and tidied up very well after themselves.
Just a big thanks to Adam and the team. After posting the job, Adam contacted me and came out to quote in person and to check out any issues. I live in an unusual location near a watercourse. Tree was felled yesterday by the team. No issues at all. Even used biodegradable chain oil given the location. Polite, stuck to the quote. Cleared up afterwards. Thanks team. Highly recommend
Exceptional in all respects. Adam provided a very fair & keenly priced quote. He, and his assistant Gareth, were always very punctual/flexible, polite, good-humoured, respectful, really knowledgeable, and experienced as well as highly skilled and qualified. They did the job in cramped conditions to a really high standard. They tidied up and cleared their extensive rubbish so well that there was no evidence of them having done the job! An absolute pleasure to hire them. I have no hesitation in highly commending them to anyone.
Professional friendly service following a visit and quote. Adam wanted to do the best job and is committed to doing so. Great result and would recommend him without question
Adam came and assessed the job, gave me a price and was able to carry out the work really quickly to remove the unsafe branches and make good the rest of the tree.
From initial contact when Adam came to give a price for pruning a large willow tree with two fallen branches caused by high winds, Adam was professional and polite. We arranged a date for the work, then Adam phoned Thursday as they had a cancellation so they did the work today. He said they would be here at 8am; they arrived at 7.55am and got on with the work straight away. The tree is at the bottom of our garden right next to a busy dual carriageway so they had to know what they were doing. We were very happy with the work and have asked Adam to come back in the Spring to cut our hedge.
Asked for a quote and Red Rose acted very promptly in not only getting back to us but getting the job done too. The men were very professional and communicated very effectively regarding their service ensuring we were satisfied with their work. Would recommend highly. Thank you!
highly recommend, I gathered several quotes around the area. red rose tree service was by far the best price. quick booking, quick service and tidied up all the trimming mess. 10/10, will be continuing to use this service in the future for our conifer maintenance 🤟
Adam was here before he said which was brilliant. His price was the best by far. Great guys. Having them back in September to do the back garden.
Adam and his team did a fantastic job of removing a large sycamore tree in our garden which was extremely close to our two neighbours properties. They were super efficient from start to finish, from coming out to give us the quote, to completing the job. They took great care in their work and made the job look effortless. It was clear that they worked well as a team and left the place nice and tidy. We would definitely recommend Red Rose Tree Services
